Article 1 (Personal Information)
"Personal Information" refers to "personal information" as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, meaning information about a living individual that can identify the specific individual based on the name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions contained in such information. It also includes data related to facial appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and the insurer number on a health insurance card, or any other information that can identify a specific individual by itself (personally identifiable information).
Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information)
Additionally, we may collect transaction records and payment information, including personal information, exchanged between users and our partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distribution partners; hereinafter referred to as "Partners").
Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The purposes for which we collect and use personal information are as follows:

Article 4 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)
- We may change the purpose of use of personal information only when the new purpose is reasonably deemed to be related to the original purpose.
- If any changes are made to the purpose of use, we will notify users of the revised purpose using a method prescribed by the Company or announce it on this website.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
1.We will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases or as otherwise permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations:
- When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
- When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual;
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a government agency, local government, or a party entrusted by such bodies in executing the duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual’s consent is likely to impede the execution of such duties;
- When the following matters have been notified or publicly announced in advance, and we have submitted a report to the Personal Information Protection Commission:
- The inclusion of provision to third parties in the purpose of use;
- The items of data to be provided to third parties;
- The means or methods of providing the data to third parties;
- The fact that we will cease the provision of personal information to third parties upon the individual’s request;
- The procedures for accepting such requests from individuals.
2.Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not be considered as provision of personal information to third parties:
- When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the intended purpose of use
- In the event that personal information is provided due to the succession of business through merger or other reasons
- In the case of jointly using personal information with specific parties, the individual must be notified in advance of the following: the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of the parties with whom the information will be shared, the purposes for which the information will be used, and the name or designation of the person responsible for managing the personal information. The individual must also be made aware of this information in a manner that allows them to easily access it.
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
1.If the company is requested by the individual to disclose their personal information, it will disclose the information to the individual without delay. However, if disclosing the information may fall under any of the following cases, the company may choose not to disclose all or part of the information. If a decision is made not to disclose, the individual will be notified without delay. Please note that a fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
- If disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
- If disclosure may significantly hinder the proper execution of the company’s operations
- If disclosure would violate laws or regulations
2.Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, information other than personal information such as browsing history or attribute data will generally not be disclosed.
Article 7: Correction and Deletion of Personal Information
- If the user’s personal information held by the company is incorrect, the user may request the correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of their personal information in accordance with the procedures specified by the company.
- If the company determines that it is necessary to respond to the user's request as described in the previous paragraph, the company will promptly make the necessary corrections, etc., to the personal information.
- If the company makes any corrections, etc., based on the provisions of the previous paragraph, or if the company decides not to make any corrections, etc., the company will notify the user without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
- If a data subject requests the suspension or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") because the personal information is being used beyond the scope of the intended purpose or was obtained by fraudulent means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
- Based on the results of the investigation mentioned in the previous paragraph, if it is determined that the request should be granted, the Company will promptly suspend the use of the personal information or delete it.
- If the Company takes action based on the previous paragraph or decides not to suspend or delete the personal information, it will promptly notify the user of this decision.
- Notwithstanding the previous two paragraphs, if the suspension of use, etc. involves significant costs or if it is otherwise difficult to suspend or delete the information, the Company will take alternative measures that are necessary to protect the user's rights and interests.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this policy may be modified without notice to users, except for matters stipulated by laws and regulations or otherwise specified in this policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the company, the revised privacy policy will become effective once it is posted on this website.
